Questions
Do I have to give you access to Google or TripAdvisor?
No. We read your public reviews and email you the replies. Booking reviews are shown on your public property page; or just forward us the notifications.
Who writes the replies?
Replies are drafted with AI tools and reviewed by us before sending. German and English are checked by a native German speaker with fluent English. Every reply picks up something specific from the review.
Do the platforms allow this?
Yes: Google, TripAdvisor and Booking all let businesses reply to reviews. You publish the reply yourself, so it stays your reply — which is why you always check the facts before pasting.
What about unfair reviews?
We reply calmly, without arguing or accusing the guest. We never offer discounts or compensation without your OK, and never ask anyone to change a review.
What about customers' personal data?
We only use the first name already public in the review, and we sign a data processing agreement with you (GDPR art. 28).
